We are located conveniently off the A19, on the outskirts of the village of Ellerbeck, close to the picturesque village of Osmotherley.

If travelling north on the A19, immediately after the A684 Northallerton turn off, slide left into the hashed road marked area and then turn left onto our drive. A good visual marker is a large green road sign labelled "A19". This is just after our entrance.

If travelling south on the A19,  come off on junction marked "Northallerton A684". Follow the A684 briefly and then turn right shortly after passing under the bridge. This turn is marked as "The North Teesside A19". Follow the road which takes you on the slip road to join the A19. Stay on this slip road into the hashed line market area. Turn left into our drive. A good visual marker is a large green road sign labelled "A19". This is just after our entrance.
